Return Policy

We’re sorry you need to return your item! If you were dissatisfied with your purchase, please consider dropping a line of feedback to so that we can learn from your experience.


Refund criteria

Please note that our return policy is applicable for 14 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The following types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Partial refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours or before dispatched; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your credit card company, because it may take some time to officially post your refund.

No luck? Contact your bank next. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Items on sale are not eligible for refund.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you would like to exchange your item for a replacement of the same item, please contact us for a return address.


If the item you wish to return was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and notify them.

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, so you would be responsible for bearing the shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping would be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time taken for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over AED 275, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
